Minister Manjul`s son Subrata who led hunger strike demanding citizenship for the East Bengal refugees gets BJP Ticket from Bangao!The plight of the partition victim SC OBC refugees subjected to deportation has not changed a little bit and we have no information about BJP Government considering citizenship for them on the line it awarded citizenship even to those who have come from Pakistan and Afganisthan just before five months where as East Bengal refugees coming since the day,15th August,1947 and before,though resettled by the government of India seven decades ago,stranded countrywide on virtual noman`s land branded as foreigner!

Mind you ,the Bahujan Samaj headed by Harichand Thakur rose against East India Company in early 18th century demanding land reforms.Harichand Thakur led squads of peasants to revolt against indigo planters during Indigo revolt.
Mind you Harichand Thakur launched the Matua Movement to break away from Hinddutva and declared his path as alternative materialist religion Matua Dharm which dismissed Brahamin as Purohit along with Hindutva rituals,introduced widow marriage much befor Bengal renaissance did it,lauched education campaign and specifically advocated women`s education even before Mata Saavitri bai Phule.
For political advantage,the Matua family led by PR Thakur,the grandson of Guruchand Thakur always opposed Dr BR Ambedkar and opted to join Congress whereas the disciples of Guruchand Thakur led by Barrister Mukund Mallick and Jogendra Nath Mallik got Babasaheb elected from the constituency claimed by PR Thakur.
Since then Matuas continued to cross fences to get elected to Loksabha,Vidhansabha and getting a berth in the state ministry.
During Left Rule,Matua family was attached with Left parties.Even late Kapil Krishna Thakur had been a loyal supporter of the Left until the day when he got a TMC Ticket to get elected to Loksabha while his brother ,a minister in Mamata Banerjee cabinet,Manjul Krishna Thakur wanted this eat for his young son Subrata Thakur.Because Matua Mother Bina Pani Devi,the widow of PR Thakur supported Kapil Babu`s nomination,Didi got him elected.
Subrata activated all his men ,women and resources to get the seat just after the death of his uncle while her aunt,Mamata Bala,the wife of Kapil krishna and blessed by Matua Mata claimed her stake and it was understood that Mamata didi would oblige the Mata.Since Subrata opened the avenue to land in BJP demanding citizenship for Refugees for whom the Matua family did nothing since partition.
at last he reached his destination and immersed the images of Harichand Guruchand Thakur in RSS branded cent percent Hindutva.
It is a mourning day whoever happens to be the real follower of Matua religion and Matua Movement without which Bengal`s history would be incomplete.
ঠাকুরবাড়িতে লড়াই,বনগাঁ উপনির্বাচনে বিজেপি প্রার্থী হচ্ছেন মঞ্জুলকৃষ্ণ ঠাকুরের ছেলে সুব্রত
ঠাকুরবাড়ির দ্বন্দ্ব এবার বদলে যেতে চলেছে বনগাঁ দখলের লড়াইয়ে।
বনগাঁ লোকসভা কেন্দ্রে উপনির্বাচনে বিজেপি প্রার্থী হতে চলেছেন মতুয়া পরিবারের সদস্য তথা তৃণমূলের মন্ত্রী মঞ্জুলকৃষ্ণ ঠাকুরের ছেলে সুব্রত ঠাকুর। এই কেন্দ্রে তৃণমূলের সম্ভাব্য প্রার্থী সুব্রতরই জ্যেঠিমা, তথা প্রয়াত তৃণমূল সাংসদ কপিলকৃষ্ণ ঠাকুরের স্ত্রী মমতাবালা ঠাকুর।
ঠাকুর বাড়ির ঘনিষ্ঠমহলের বক্তব্য, এরকম যে হবে, সেটা বোঝা যাচ্ছিল অনেক আগে থেকেই। কারণ, কপিলকৃষ্ণ ঠাকুরের মৃত্যুর পর মতুয়া সঙ্ঘাধিপতি কে হবেন, তা নিয়ে ঠাকুরবাড়িতে কার্যত আড়াআড়ি বিভাজন তৈরি হয়। সেই টাগ অফ ওয়ারের একদিকে ছিলেন মমতাবালা ঠাকুর, অন্যদিকে সুব্রত ঠাকুর। পরিবারের সেই দ্বন্দ্ব ক্রমেই প্রকাশ্যে আসতে শুরু করে। এরই মাঝে তৃণমূলের টিকিটে জয়ী হয়েও গাইঘাটা পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির সদস্য পদ থেকে ইস্তফা দেওয়ার কথা ঘোষণা করে দেন মঞ্জুল-পুত্র সুব্রত ঠাকুর। তখন থেকেই সুব্রতর বিজেপিতে যোগদান নিয়ে জল্পনার পারদ চড়ছিল। এবার সেই সুব্রতকে বনগাঁ কেন্দ্রে উপনির্বাচনে প্রার্থী করছে বিজেপি। আগামী ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই বিজেপির তরফে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে সুব্রতর নাম ঘোষণা করা হবে। তার আগে বিজেপি শীর্ষনেতৃত্ব এব্যাপারে মুখ খুলতে চাইছেন না।
বিজেপিতে যোগদানের কথা স্বীকার করে নিয়েছেন সুব্রত। সেই সঙ্গে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় সহ জেলা তৃণমূলের নেতৃত্বের বিরুদ্ধে ক্ষোভও উগরে দিয়েছেন তিনি।
ঠাকুরবাড়ির লড়াইয়ে, মঞ্জুলকৃষ্ণ ঠাকুর সবসময় নীরবে ছেলের পাশে দাঁড়িয়েছেন। এবার ছেলের বিজেপি প্রার্থী হওয়ার সিদ্ধান্তেও তাঁর গলায় প্রচ্ছন্ন সমর্থনের সুরই ধরা পড়েছে। তিনি জানিয়েছেন,
সুব্রত বিজেপি প্রার্থী হবে, এটা তাঁর ব্যক্তিগত সিদ্ধান্ত। এব্যাপারে না আমি কিছু হস্তক্ষেপ করতে পারি, না আমি কিছু বলতে পারি।
অভিযোগ, কপিলকৃষ্ণ ঠাকুরের মৃত্যুর পর বারবার ঠোকাঠুকি লেগেছে ঠাকুরবাড়ির অন্দরে। দুই ভাইয়ের পরিবারের অদৃশ্য প্রতিযোগিতা তুঙ্গে উঠেছে লোকসভা নির্বাচনের প্রার্থীপদ নিয়ে।
ঠাকুরবাড়ির সেই ঠোকাঠুকি এবার বদলে যেতে চলেছে বনগাঁ দখলের লড়াইয়ে।
