PM accepts his Massive Failures
But he Just won't Quit his Post

In the televised Press Conference on February 16, Manmohan Singh made it clear that he was determined to stay in his post. He is not going to resign, even though he knows that he is unable to work effectively as the Prime Minister of India. He has acknowledged the fact that he has failed to check the incidences of the most massive corruption in India after Independence. Manmohan Singh has been unable to control his ministerial colleagues who are involved in the big scams. He has been unfit to govern effectively, but he just won't resign from the post of Prime Minister.

Manmohan Singh has put the blame on the Media and the Opposition for making the world know about the massive corruption in India. For him, it is not the corrupt ministers and their capitalist cronies who are to be blamed so much, but the Media and the Opposition, which have given a bad name to India at the international level.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has allowed the continuation of massive scams for many years by heading the most corrupt Government of independent India. He does not want the journalists to use the Media in focusing on the massive scams, which have spoiled the country's image and weakened the confidence of the Indian people in themselves.

Allowing the massive scams by his Ministers for many years is not to be condemned so much as the exposure of the massive scams by the Media and the Opposition! Is not Manmohan Singh's image more important than the welfare of the common people of India!

Does the so-called great and clean Prime Minister believe that the Media and the Opposition should feel terribly ashamed of their roles in exposing the scams of the UPA Government? What great logic indeed! For saving the reputation of India, Manmohan Singh believes that the scams should be kept secret, even if that makes it impossible to stop them!

It is clear that Manmohan Singh has used a very cunning method in bribing the Ministers in his UPA Government. He has allowed them to make massive amounts of money from the big scams, so that he can get their support for continuing to occupy the top post in the Government of India for 3 more years. He has been able to survive as the Prime Minister for so many years precisely because he has allowed his corrupt ministers to commit massive frauds.

In spite of all the frauds committed by the UPA Government, Manmohan Singh still insists that there is no reason for him to resign from the post of Prime Minister. It can be proved that the massive increases in the prices of essential commodities are mainly due to the black money generated by the big frauds committed by his ministers and their corrupt collaborators in the business world.

Manmohan Singh is having grand delusions due to which he feels that all the progress that India has made is ONLY due to him. Why should he ignore all the work done by the intellectuals, managers, workers, other common people, etc, and the massive amounts of money repatriated by NRIs from abroad? Are the efforts of all such people of no consequence? Does Manmohan Singh think that India would never have developed in the past without him, first as a Finance Minister in the Narasimha Rao Government, and then as the Prime Minister, in which post he insists he must continue?

If Manmohan Singh resigns from the post of Prime Minister, will India cease to exist as an economic powerhouse?
