Christie said the boy didn't punch anyone, so no - it's not bullying.
But according to the testimony, the boy was punished in what he called an incident of racial inequality. He had to write that he was a bully, he said.

1. Can there be 2 punishments for same crime? If Joshua has been bullied then my son and Mike both are guilty. Supervisor Plias under racial bias is writing 12yr old Mike is so innocent, he was just goofing off and he only realized after talking to him what he said to Joshua, "there was a special Bus taking Joshua home later" was a wrong comment.
2. The same Mr. Plias for another 12yr old is writing Surya bullied Joshua to be funny and cool by adding "Yeah there is" to the innocent comments of Mike.
3. If Mike's comments to Joshua are simply wrong then how come Surya's comment added to that wrong comment makes him that he has done bullying?

A women Officer Kahora from Springfield PD almost pulled out her gun to stop 5 yr old Surya and his 9 years old sister from entering the Court room during recess to meet their mother on the orders of an attorney Keith Biebelberg. Unfortunately the Leaders of majority community were using Judge Steven Firsichbaum's Court room as picnic room during recess; eating, drinking and loudly talking to each other. This judge knowingly that she has 2 underage children kept their mother past midnight in his court on the dictates of his friend Counsel Biebelberg. They kept her in the Court to harass, intimidate, terrorize, make fun of her and racially discriminate her for filing a complaint against the habitual law breaker member Steven Sobel of their community for hitting her car from the back in which her 4 year old son was also sitting who just had an open heart surgery. It was the first time some one in uniform (Officer Kahora) backing the majority community Leaders to openly indulge in racial discrimination forced his elder sister to realize about her race, color and ethnicity.
If some one checks Springfield Police Record for asking justice against a member of Ruling community there are numerous Reports that our property was damaged, there used to be fire works in our property at odd hours, threatening letters, threatening e-mails and threatening phone calls and Rear Glass break of our SUV on Ashwood Rd. where in last 30 years rather since it is built; no other such incident has ever taken place till date.
Springfield Police rather then protecting our property and our lives complained to the State Police that I am a TERRORIST. It was on the intervention of State Police the Springfield Rulers protected by Springfield Police stopped intimidating and harassing us and stopped destruction to our property.
